Your use of the website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers set out below (Terms and Conditions). You should read them now. Your use of the website constitutes your agreement to the Terms and Condition.

2EROS PTY LTD reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice to you. Your continued use of the website after any amendment becomes effective constitutes an agreement by you to abide and be bound by the Terms and Conditions, as so amended.
Orders

Any order placed by you in the manner described in this website is an offer to purchase a particular product for the price (including the delivery and other charges and taxes) specified in this website at the time you place your order on these Terms and Conditions. 2EROS reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order. Your contract with 2EROS PTY LTD only comes into existence when it forwards confirmation of receipt of your order and payment.
Prices

Prices of products and services and delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability.
Goods and Services ("GST") and Other Taxes

Prices displayed on this website are inclusive of GST applied at the rate of 10%.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties or other liabilities imposed by any governmental agency, including without limitation, any customs duty, goods and services taxes or any value added tax imposed on any products or services acquired or ordered by you from this website.
Risk and Title
2EROS PTY LTD will retain title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products, but all risk in the products will pass to you upon their delivery to or collection by a postal or courier service. You should consider whether to obtain any suitable insurance.
Refunds

2EROS PTY LTD guarantee the quality of their apparels and will deliver quality and reliable products for their customers. If there were to be a fault in our products, 2EROS PTY LTD will happily refund your good/s upon return of the product/s. It is the liability of the customer to return the good/s within 2 weeks of delivery. 2EROS will only refund the purchase price of item excluding deliver cost. We will also gladly exchange, as long as the item/s is in original condition, simply email or telephone us with your invoice number and your requirements and send the original item/s back to us by post within 14 days of receipt of delivery.

The circumstance in which 2EROS PTY LTD is obliged to make a Refund is detailed in its Refunds Policy.
Limitation of liability

2EROS PTY LTD will in no way be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from use or inability to use the website or for the cost of procurement of substitute products or resulting from any products purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the website or resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data or of any information contained on this website, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangible, even 2EROS PTY LTD has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent that any liability may be imposed on 2EROS PTY LTD, it shall be limited to the cost of re-supplying that information.
Delivery Details

  1. All orders will be shipped within 3 working days of payment being processed.
  2. Australian Domestic Shipping (2 to 5 days Australia Post).
  3. Australian Domestic Express Post (1 to 3 days - Recommended).
  4. International Standard Shipping (4 to 15 working days delivered by Australia Post Regular Freight). Does not offer tracking.
  5. International Registered Shipping (4 to 15 working days delivered by Australia Post Registered Shipping). We recommend all international customers choose this option for tracking purpose.
  6. It is rare for a package to be late or lost. If the package is undelivered it will be returned to us as undeliverable, we recommend that when ordering you choose the 'Registered Post'-for international customers' or 'Express Post' - for Australian Customers. We do not cover lost items unless you choose the registered option.
