What shipping method do you use & how long does it take?

2EROS uses "Australia Post", a trusted postal service, your order is normally dispatched the next working day, you'll normally receive your order within a week. International orders take about 4-12 business days on average dependant on your national distribution. All posts are sent on local and international post. If you need us to track your parcel please select 'registered shipping' in the delivery details of your order, which we are more than happy to send you the tracking number upon request.

Are your prices inclusive of GST?

All good purchased are inclusive of Australian GST

Are my credit card details safe?

We will not keep your credit card detail online and our secure online payment gateway (eWay) is one of Australia's largest and most reliable gateway provider. So you can rest assured that our website is secure.

What is the return policy?

Due to health regulations etc we cannot accept returns of swimwear, unless they are faulty. Please contact us for details. However if a product is faulty we will replace it upon return of the faulty garment, which will need to be returned within 2 weeks of receiving good/s. Please notify us of a fault within 1 weeks of shipping date. Shipping costs are not included in the refund.
